University Software Portal - provides central access to free, site-licensed, and individually licensed software available to Rutgers University faculty, staff, and students. Through this site, you can download and purchase software for your personal use or for your department's use.
Oracle - products are available through a University-wide site license.

Hardware

Rutgers Computer Repair - a good source for individual components when upgrading equipment, e.g., hard drives, memory, optical drives, etc.

Training

Center for the Advancement of Teaching - formerly the "Teaching Excellence Center", supports teaching and learning through a variety of areas. Classes tend to focus on "end-user" applications, but these include many applicable to IT professionals.
Camden Ed Series - Camden Computing Services workshops on a variety of topics.
Newark Ed Series - Newark Computing Services workshops on a variety of topics.
New Brunswick Ed Series - New Brunswick Computing Services workshops on a variety of topics.
